Gutter Genius LLC Retains Wilson Stoyanoff PLC as Franchise Counsel

Richmond, VA (November 26, 2007) -- Gutter Genius LLC (www.guttergenius.com), a Richmond-based gutter protection and gutter services franchisor, has hired Wilson Stoyanoff PLC as counsel-at-law to advice them in the area of franchise law. Jim Wilson is a renowned expert in franchise law and has advised numerous clients both as franchisees (buyers) and franchisers (sellers). He founded Wilson Stoyanoff PLC with his partner David Stoyanoff in 2006 to focus on the needs of small business and entrepreneurs.

Gutter Genius LLC is a new franchise business started in late 2006 to roll out a new, home-based business concept in residential and commercial gutter services.
