First Two Guys and a Truck Franchise Open in Central and Western MarylandGaithersburg, MD (December 18, 2007) T.J. Vogle used to sit in front of a computer all day. Now, as the owner of the first Two Guys and a Truck franchise, he is in charge of making sure the belongings of residents and businesses in central and western Maryland are moved professionally and promptly. Vogle spent 24 years in the information technology business, but wasnt satisfied. He wanted to be his own boss and had been looking for opportunities to purchase a franchise from an established company. He found his partner in Two Guys and a Truck, and recently became the owner of the first franchise sold by the 20-year-old Sterling, Virginia-based company. His business is based in Gaithersburg, Maryland, and serves the counties of Montgomery, Frederick, Washington, Allegany, and Garrett. Im thrilled with my choice, said Vogle. Weve received wonderful support from the company, allowing us to get off to a fast start. Dave Underwood, CEO of Two Guys and a Truck parent company 2GT, Inc., has been in the moving and storage business for nearly 30 years. He founded Two Guys and a Truck in 1987 and moved it to Virginia from Ohio in 1989. Underwood uses this experience to personally direct the training of all new employees. The company has a mock townhouse built inside of a warehouse, where newly hired movers can practice packing and moving before theyre doing it with items that belong to customers. Underwood recently announced plans to sell exclusive Two Guys and a Truck® franchise territories all over Virginia, Maryland, and Washington D.C. There are currently 20 territories available in Maryland and D.C., and another 15 in Virginia. Its unusual for a mature company like ours to start selling franchises, said Underwood. I believe our experience, as well as the training and preparation we provide to new franchisees, make this an outstanding opportunity. About Two Guys
