BizPodz Podcast Production
(a service of EndGame Public Relations, LLC)

A podcast is like a downloadable radio series. Whether you listen on on your computer or on an mp3 player, podcasts are available when YOU want them, not when the radio station decides to air them. Millions of Internet users are podcast listeners, and eMarketer says the audio podcast audience will more than double in the next two years. So, what does this mean for you, the business owner? A well concepted, produced, and promoted podcast will improve your visibility, draw visitors to your website, and help brand you as an expert in your field. Podcasts from BizPodz are produced by Steve Mullen, a former radio reporter, anchor, and news director with 15 years of communications experience.

Let us create a customized podcast series for you!

There are a variety of ways to leverage corporate podcasting to help your business. You can present yourself as an expert, use it to discuss your business' product offerings, relay financial information to investors, repurpose seminars or speeches, or just about anything else you can think of! So, how do we help you achieve your goals? Read on...

First, we lay out a plan before production begins. Here's a list of some of the things we'll do before we record one second of audio:

  • Help you determine your show format, concept, and production schedule
  • Select and (if necessary) purchase the rights to theme music
  • Help set up file hosting
  • Assist in setting up a blog
  • Create a graphic to serve as "cover art" in iTunes and elsewhere

Then the fun begins! Once the pre-production tasks are completed, it will be time to start recording. EndGame Public Relations President Steve Mullen is available to co-host your podcast, or if you'd rather record something yourself and have us simply produce it, we're happy to help. Another option is for us to host your show and have you on the program in each episode as our "resident expert". We're also happy to line up different voice talent to record an introduction to the program. The possibilities are limitless. Let's work them out together!

Producing a podcast is just part of the job. This is where you'll benefit from having a podcast production service that's part of a PR firm. You can't just record a show and walk away, no matter how professional it sounds. We'll not only produce your show, we'll also help promote it! We'll not only set up your iTunes store and register your show on numerous web-based podcast directories, we'll promote it on the EndGame PR website, on podcaster forums (the most loyal podcast listeners are podcasters themselves), and in a press release to be distributed online.

How much does it cost? BizPodz Podcast Production charges a setup fee that covers everything that must be done before the show premiers. This fee is $350 and includes everything from working to develop the show to helping you secure hosting. If you need us to build a blog for you, additional charges may be incurred. Once the setup tasks are complete, we charge on a "per show" basis. Every podcast series is different, but generally speaking we'll bill you between $300 and $600 for each episode. We're happy to give you a free initial consultation, at the end of which we'll give you an estimate!

Sponsor one of our existing programs!

Want to take advantage of podcasting in a less "hands on" way? Podcast listeners are loyal to sponsors and are unlikely to skip past sponsorship commercials. What this means is that your message will be heard! BizPodz can customize a package that includes sponsorship of any number of episodes. We can structure a flat fee or base it on CPM (cost per thousand downloads). Your advertisement can be in the form of a pre-produced commercial, or can voiced by the show's host or by one of our voice talents. We're flexible!

To receive a sponsorship quote, contact us via our contact form, or call Steve Mullen at (804) 382-0017.
