I&#039;m actually a Gen-Xer myself, but I agree that these younger generations are the clients and customers we need to get now and keep for life, and we need to communicate to them in their &quot;language&quot;.  Not to mention, many of those communications techniques have SEO benefits that can help reach ALL potential customers who use search engines (and that&#039;s nearly everyone these days).</description>
