I'm actually a Gen-Xer myself, but I agree that these younger generations are the clients and customers we need to get now and keep for life, and we need to communicate to them in their "language". Not to mention, many of those communications techniques have SEO benefits that can help reach ALL potential customers who use search engines (and that's nearly everyone these days). Thanks, Jim.
