		<description>Thanks for the comment!  In my opinion (everyone&#039;s entitled to one) podcasts are a wonderful thing.  People are essentially producing radio shows that can be heard whenever and wherever.  Podcasting is doing for audio what DVRs did for TV.

Podcasts are also bringing diversity to a medium that has seen diversity shrink dramatically in the last 10 years.  The better quality podcasts are better than anything you&#039;ll find on traditional radio.

I hope you give it Startup BizCast a listen and subscribe.  If you&#039;re at all interested in small business, I think it will be useful to you.  The next episode is due out in the second half of next week.</description>
